    路漫漫兮

    年度考核结果出来了,比去年整整低了两个等级,不过因为普遍不涨薪,所以也没有太放在心上。其实公道自在人心,只要自己确实努力敬业,但求无愧于心就好。

     

    算来做marketing已经两年多了,却觉得越来越不知道该怎么做了,先前的成功案例似乎不管用了,处处碰壁,处处受挫。忽然想起张瑞敏对海尔国际化发表的文章,也有相似的感慨。最近写的所有报告,无论是客户开拓,还是周报告和月报告,老板都颇有微词。还给了我一份模版作参考,说我应该知道哪些内容是他应该想看到想详细了解的。

     

    总结下来,老板对我这大半年来的不满意之处主要在以下几点:

    1 跑客户,出差不积极 --- 其实要是真的很卖力却没有订单的话,他又会数落你没有budgetcost control概念。

    2 在商务谈判中过于软弱,以致利润率很薄 --- 在中国,哪个做乙方做配件供应的不是处于弱势地位?况且产品又贵,质量只能算还不错,要扩大市场占有率只有暂时牺牲利润率。

    3 管理属下不利 --- 我承认我这方面很欠缺。可是我是刚开始带下属,没有任何培训和指导,公司应该允许管理人员在初期犯些错误吧!

    4 信息共享不够 --- 除了各大OEM厂商机密性信息,我已经把绝大多数信息与同事共享了。其实国外的产品经理们也不可能把所有expertise和信息告诉你的,鸟尽弓藏的道理全球都是相通的。

     

    虽然我不知道以上种种,是不是fire员工的预兆,也不知道老板是不是已经在各大展会中物色我的supplant,我始终觉得,工作是让自己成为一个有用,有趣,有拼搏,有理想的人,而不是为了薪水而取悦老板,做违背自己意愿的事。

    07年的时候,我也碰到你差不多的问题,还给老板被了黑锅,现在不也熬过来了,过了这段时间就会好起来的。工作只是工作而已,不要为了取悦一下蛮无聊的人,坏了自己的好心态。而且广告标识行业着实在走下坡路了,而且你们的产品也是传统型产品,要有突破,真的很难了,本土企业有钱的时候还会用你的产品,真到了没粮的时候,他们就不考虑质量了。今天被三个联系了很多年的客户聊天,他们都转头装饰建筑行业了。所以有时候转变方向,未必是坏事。最后,还是祝美女心情好~

    谢谢达令们支持。刚看了篇文章讲安利的恐怖真相,真是怕怕!还好这次工程师一个人去马来西亚,希望他老人家不要被洗脑。工作是为了更好的生活,我会积极开心的。

    我觉得marketing本身就很难做阿,现在是全球市场不景气,大家都在cut cost, 所以微利也是很正常的。不是只有1个下属么,是那个人自己self regulation有很大的问题,很多时候下属也不是靠管的么,反正工作就是make a living, 做到问心无愧就好,做什么老板总归可以挑骨头的,如果什么都做得完美,我们自己都可以做老板了么。所以,dear, cheer up, 我们都觉得嗲嗲已经做了很好了,这些事情换了我,我一定做不来的。很多事情,看似坏事,其实说不定也是好事,让自己更多看清工作是为了什么,知道自己想要什么,哪怕将来要做什么,也许会找到更好更适合自己的发展。

    同意!现在的BD/marketing都很难做,如果还碰上总公司对子公司的不信任,budget微乎其微,甚至没有,不谙中国‘国情’的老美,那才真的是做的很缩手缩脚,也很打击员工的积极性,虽然说都是拿薪水的人,也希望能有干劲,公司的大环境能够好起来
